高分子化学材料对穿过地质构造发育的采空区和冒落区以及煤层松软时厚煤层摸底煤掘进工作面,其对固化顶板,保证安全生产起到了积极的作用。但其在使用过程中,由于操作程序以及配料等方面的原因,却屡次发生燃烧事故,通过对高分子化学品注浆燃烧事故灾害特点和燃烧机理进行分析,找出了发生燃烧事故的原因,并提出了预防类似事故的措施。
Macromolecule chemical materials play a positive role in solidifying the roof and ensuring safe production when the mined-out area and the caving area which are developed through the geological structure and the thick coal seam when the coal layer is soft. However, during the process of operation, combustion accidents occur frequently due to operating procedures and ingredients. By analyzing the characteristics and combustion mechanism of grouting and combustion accidents of polymer chemicals, the causes of combustion accidents are identified, And put forward measures to prevent similar accidents.
