[Objective] To investigate the feasibility of estimating the biological dose of radiation using chromosomes with less than 45 human peripheral blood lymphocytes. [Method] The cultured human peripheral blood cells were cultured and chromosomes were prepared. The automatic chromosome analysis system was used to scan the images of splinter images, and the chromosomes were selected as the selection criteria for good schizophrenia. The chromosomes were divided into standard chromosome group (46 ± 1) ), Non-standard chromosome group (40 ~ 44) and mixed group, counting and analyzing all the selected metaphase image, estimated dose. [Results] The error between the estimated dose and irradiation dose in 3 groups was less than 5%, and the estimation of non-standard chromosome group was slightly higher than that of standard chromosome group. [Conclusion] The chromosomes with fewer than 45 chromosomes and the standard chromosomes have little difference in the analysis of chromosome aberrations, which can be used to supplement the estimation of radiation biological dosages.
