氯普噻吨本身不具有荧光 ,但氧化后可形成具有强荧光的产物 .本文系统地研究了以稀硝酸为氧化剂对氯普噻吨的氧化作用 ,提出了高灵敏度测量氯普噻吨的荧光光度分析新方法 .结果表明 :荧光强度与氯普噻吨的浓度在 0 .0 0 4~ 0 .1m g/ L范围内呈良好的线性关系 .该法简便 ,快速 ,灵敏度高 ,检出限可达 0 .0 0 2 mg/ L(6 .33× 10 - 9mol/ L) ,利用该法测量片剂中氯普噻吨的含量 ,结果令人满意 ,平均回收率为 99.6 % .
