本文研究了小鼠单次轻粉灌胃给药后全身振动对小鼠体内血液、肝、肾、脑组织中含汞量分布的影响,发现50 Hz组的全身振动血液、肝、肾、脑组织吸收峰值均比对照组提前,20 Hz组的全身振动血液、肾、脑组织吸收峰值比对照组提前,且50 Hz组的血液、脑组织中吸收峰值显著高于20 Hz组;小鼠连续灌胃给药5天后进行测定,发现50 Hz振动组肝、肾、脑组织的含汞量显著低于对照组。结果表明:全身振动能加快小鼠对轻粉的吸收和消除,抑制汞在各组织中的蓄积。
This study investigated the effects of whole-body vibrations on the distribution of mercury in blood, liver, kidney, and brain in mice after single-dose light powder administration to the mice, and found that the whole body vibrated blood, liver, kidney, and brain in the 50 Hz group. The peak of tissue absorption was earlier than that of the control group. The body-vibration absorption of blood, kidney, and brain in the 20 Hz group was earlier than that of the control group, and the absorption peaks in the blood and brain tissues of the 50 Hz group were significantly higher than those in the 20 Hz group; Five days after intragastric administration, the content of mercury in the liver, kidney, and brain of the 50 Hz vibration group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The results showed that whole-body vibration can accelerate the absorption and elimination of light powder in mice and inhibit the accumulation of mercury in various tissues.
