目的探讨高职大学生的人格与自我和谐的关系。方法采用卡特尔16种人格量表(16PF)与自我和谐量表(SCCS),对598名高职大学生施测,采用AM OS7.0构建人格与自我和谐的关系模型。结果情绪性人格、适应性人格对自我和谐作用显著(r=-0.56,-0.13;P<0.01)。结论人格是影响高职大学生自我和谐的主要因素之一。
Objective To explore the relationship between personality and self-harmony among vocational college students. Methods A total of 598 vocational college students were enrolled in the study. Sixteen personality scales (16PF) and self-consistency scale (SCCS) were used to establish a relationship model between personality and self-consistency. Results Emotional personality and adaptive personality had significant self-harmony (r = -0.56, -0.13; P <0.01). Conclusions Personality is one of the main factors that affect the self-harmony of higher vocational college students.
