目的:了解传染病预警系统在衢州市的运行情况。方法:对2008年4月21日-2011年6月30日预警系统产生的预警信号、信号响应率、响应时间、初步判断核实和暴发数据进行描述性分析。结果:2008年4月21日-2011年6月30日,衢州市共接到传染病预警系统发出的预警信号2724条,预警信号响应率99.96%,24 h信号核实率为95.04%,移动百分位法报告病例数与预警信号数的比值为7.12∶1。疑似事件占全部预警信号的3.05%,疑似事件阳性率为19.28%。结论:预警系统已初步实现传染病暴发的早期探测预警,但仍需进一步改进和完善。
Objective: To understand the operation of infectious disease early warning system in Quzhou. Methods: Descriptive analysis of early warning signal, signal response rate, response time, preliminary judgment verification and outbreak data generated by early warning system from April 21, 2008 to June 30, 2011 was made. Results: From April 21, 2008 to June 30, 2011, a total of 2724 warning signals were sent out from Quzhou City, and the response rate of early warning signals was 99.96%. The verification rate of signals at 24 hours was 95.04% The ratio of the number of reported cases to the number of early warning signals was 7.12: 1. Suspected events accounted for 3.05% of all early warning signals, and the positive rate of suspected events was 19.28%. Conclusion: The early warning system has initially realized the early detection and early warning of the outbreak of infectious diseases, but still needs further improvement and improvement.
