一、简况带裂缝压力容器断裂力学分析的重要问题之一,是要求用声发射测定带人工裂缝压力容器的开裂点,以验证材料试验的临界COD值能否用于容器产品。1974年6月末,我们针对如何更好地测开裂点,试制成一套简易单通道声发射测定仪,在上锅厂提供的14MuMoVB钢试样和模拟容器上作了初步测试,后来又用修改后的声发射仪进行一些验证试验,其测试原理见图1。
I. Introduction One of the important problems in the fracture mechanics analysis of fractured pressure vessels is to require the acoustic emission measurement to determine the cracking point of pressure vessels with artificial fractures so as to verify whether the critical COD values of material tests can be used in container products. At the end of June 1974, we made a simple single-channel acoustic emission detector for how to crack better and made a preliminary test on the 14MuMoVB steel sample and the simulation container provided by the factory. The modified acoustic transmitter performs some verification tests, the test principle shown in Figure 1.
