以爪哇香菇(Lentinusjavanicus)和香菇(Lentinusedodes)为亲本进行种间原生质体融合。以营养缺陷型和单亲原生质体灭活为融合子筛选标记,PEG-Ca2+系统促融合,在IRMM培养基上检出融合子。经荧光核染色、拮抗试验、同工酶谱分析等检验融合子,通过固体栽培试验选出可以结实的融合子F04菌株。试验结果显示,F04具有生长快、易结实的特性
Interspecific protoplast fusion was carried out with Lentinus javanicus and Lentinusedodes as their parents. The auxin-deficient and single-parent protoplasts were used as the selection marker for fusion, and the PEG-Ca2 + system was used to promote the fusion. The fusion was detected on the IRMM medium. Fusants were tested by fluorescent nuclear staining, antagonistic test and isozyme analysis. Fusant F04 strain was selected by solid culture test. Test results show that, F04 has the characteristics of fast growth, easy to bear
