目的微波消解-冷汞发生器-原子吸收光谱法测定山楂叶中痕量汞的方法研究。方法用微波消解法对山楂叶进行前处理,用冷汞发生器-原子吸收光谱法测定其中的痕量汞。结果微波消解过程中,消解试剂选择硝酸+氢氟酸(8:1)消化效果最佳,汞在浓度为10μg/L~50μg/L范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999;方法检出限为0.041μg/L;测定汞30μg/L标准溶液相对标准偏差为2.24%;平均加标回收率为99.2%,相对标准偏差RSD%为2.12%,准确度良好。结论该方法测定山楂叶中痕量汞安全环保,简单快速,准确灵敏,具有良好的应用前景。
A METHOD OF MICROWAVE DIGESTION - COLD MERCURY GENERATOR - ATOMIC ABSORPTION SPECTROMETRY FOR DETERMINATION OF TRACE MERCURY IN HAWTHORN LEAF LEAVES. Methods The hawthorn leaf was pretreated by microwave digestion and the trace mercury was determined by cold mercury generator - atomic absorption spectrometry. Results In the process of microwave digestion, digestion reagent had the best digestion effect of nitric acid + hydrofluoric acid (8: 1). The linearity of mercury in the range of 10μg / L ~ 50μg / L was good with the correlation coefficient r = 0.9999; The limit of determination was 0.041μg / L. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of standard solution of 30μg / L mercury was 2.24%. The average recovery was 99.2%. The RSD was 2.12%. The accuracy was good. Conclusion The method for the determination of trace amounts of mercury in hawthorn leaves is safe, environmental friendly, simple and rapid, accurate and sensitive, and has good application prospects.
