本世纪初文献中即有关于脊髓病变出现眼底改变的报道。1931年Kyrieleis首先报告1例胸腰段脊髓肿瘤合并颅内压(icp)增高之后,相继发表了不少关於脊髓肿瘤产生视乳头水肿或/和脑积水的病例报告,但病例数均不多。1978年Riasdale等报告6例并复习文献40例,但其中未能将此间发表的4篇共7例包括在内。其后又有11例报告。鉴于国内尚无专题报告,本文搜集文献中64例,就其中资料较为完正的59例, At the beginning of this century, there were reports of changes in the fundus of the spinal cord.
