本文研究了具有 M_7C_3型碳化物,M_(23)C_6+α聚合物基体组织的高铬铸铁中碳化物对材料抗磨料磨损能力的影响。实验证实:增加碳化物数量,减少碳化物间距能明显改善材料的抗磨料磨损能力。从而研制出一种新型的强韧高铬铸铁,这种材料足以与马氏体型高铬铸铁相媲美,但其制造工艺简单,生产成本低,使用范围广泛。根据研究成果生产了水泥球磨机用的磨球,经过许多水泥工厂的实际使用,证明这种新型抗磨材料性能可靠,抗磨能力优良。
In this paper, the effect of carbides on wear resistance of high chromium cast iron with M_7C_3 carbides and M_ (23) C_6 + α matrix was studied. Experiments show that: increasing the number of carbides, reducing the carbide spacing can significantly improve the wear resistance of the material abrasion resistance. Thus, a new type of tough high chromium cast iron was developed, which is comparable to martensitic high chromium cast iron but has a simple manufacturing process, low production cost and a wide range of applications. According to the research results of the production of cement ball mill ball, after the actual use of many cement factories, to prove that the new anti-wear materials, reliable performance, excellent wear resistance.
