在中国进入WTO的情况下,企业竞争已走向国际化。众所周知,企业的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。谁抢得人才争夺战的先机,谁就有竞争优势。跨国公司凭借自己雄厚的实力,在人才争夺战中占据有利地位。据统计,全球500强企业中,已有数十家在中国设立了研究机构,直接网罗国内顶尖人才。如微软公司在中国设立的亚洲研究院有员工60多人,全部是国内的顶尖人才。
In the case of China entering the WTO, the competition in enterprises has been towards internationalization.
