为实现钻井翻番,部领导提出:对泥浆的改造,必须花力气,把一套净化泥浆的循环系统搞上去,真正达到低固相优质轻泥浆的标准,含砂量降到0.5%以下。要自觉从严,不能凑合。为此,本刊特发表“国外钻井泥浆固相控制技术”一文,扼要介绍近期国外钻井泥浆固相控制技术的发展情况,供泥浆净化设备设计人员和从事钻井工作的同志们参考。全文包括下述六节,分两期刊完: 一、泥浆固体含量对钻井速度的影响; 二、固相控制的方法和基本原理; 三、机械分离设备的选用; 四、泥浆振动筛; 五、旋流分离器; 六、离心分离机。 本文前四节由江汉石油管理局钻井处攻关队李勋桂同志编写;后两节由江汉石油管理局钻采设备研究所情报组集体供稿,张启昌同志执笔。全文由王维刚同志校核。 我们希望关心和从事泥浆净化工作的同志们,把设计、制造、使用泥浆净化设备方面的经验,总结出来,踊跃来稿,为发展我国自己的钻井泥浆固相含量控制技术贡献力量。
