简述了应用光谱分析粉末法分析电真空材料镍、钨、铜、氧化铝内杂质时基本分析条件的选择情况。 有五点体会:(一)盐类试样灼烧温度的选择与控制;(二)氧化物粉末园块的制备;(三)激发条件的选择;(四)阴极溅散的利用;(五)粉末法便利于提高分析灵敏度。
The selection of the basic analytical conditions for the analysis of impurities in electrovacuum materials of nickel, tungsten, copper and alumina by using spectral analysis powder method is briefly described. There are five experiences: (a) the selection and control of the burning temperature of salt samples; (b) the preparation of oxide powder garden block; (c) the choice of excitation conditions; (d) the use of cathode sputtering; The powder method facilitates the analysis of sensitivity.
