我厂用于清洗成品轴承的清洗机,原采用固定式笼头系统,如图1所示。清洗液从管道喷嘴射出,冲洗工件表面,以达到清洗目的。1.原笼头系统存在的问题由喷嘴射出的清洗液在清洗区方向不变,清洗液和工件表面的接触区较小,清洗效果差,且喷嘴易堵塞;同时又因喷嘴数量多,需供给大量清洗介质,使清洗能耗和清洗机占地面积加大。2.改进后的滚筒式清洗器(1)结构简图及工作原理.如图2所
