教材是教学的依据,教师是靠教材向学生传道授业的;学生是教学的对象,学生的学习质量是衡量教学好坏的尺子。用同样的教材,同样的教法,而教出的学生则差距很大,其关键就在于能否处理好教与学的关系问题。教学,是教师教和学生学的实践活动。教与学是矛盾的对立统一关系。学生是主体,教师是客体,教是为学服务的。要使教的对象都能掌握教师所教的知识,教师就必须在备课上下功夫。假如一个教师能够刻苦钻研教材,认真探讨教法,但不了解自己所教的对象有各种差别,在讲课时就难免深浅不适,多少不宜。教师讲得津津有味,学生听得昏昏欲睡。一堂课辛辛苦苦地过去了,只博得几个学生的叫好,岂不是最大的失败!要解决这个问题,在备课前就必须研究学生。
Teaching materials are the basis of teaching. Teachers rely on teaching materials to teach students to students. Students are the object of teaching. The quality of students’ learning is a measure of the quality of teaching. The same teaching materials, the same teaching methods, and the students taught differ greatly. The key lies in the ability to handle the relationship between teaching and learning. Teaching is a practice activity for teachers and students. Teaching and learning are contradictory and unity. The student is the main body, the teacher is the object, and the teaching serves the school. To enable teachers to master the knowledge taught by teachers, teachers must work hard in preparing lessons. If a teacher can study materials assiduously and seriously study the teaching methods, but he does not understand that there are various differences in the subjects he teaches, it is inevitable that he will not be able to deal with the depths and discomforts and how much is inappropriate. Teachers talked remarkably and students were drowsy. After a class had been painstakingly passed and only won the applause of several students, it was not the biggest failure. To solve this problem, students must be studied before preparing lessons.
