目的了解青海省职业人群麻疹免疫状况,为探讨在城市化过程中职业人群流动对麻疹消除的影响提供科学依据。方法选取2013年100名职业健康检查人员,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)定量检测血清麻疹IgG抗体。结果职业健康人群麻疹IgG抗体总阳性率为90.00%,保护率为49.00%。城乡间和各年龄组间的麻疹抗体阳性率和保护率差异均无统计学意义。其中30~岁人群的麻疹抗体阳性率和保护率最低。结论 2013年青海省职业健康人群麻疹抗体总阳性率低于95%,尤其是30~岁人群是麻疹强化免疫的重点。
Objective To understand the immune status of measles in occupational population in Qinghai Province and to provide a scientific basis for exploring the impact of occupational mobility on the elimination of measles during urbanization. Methods A total of 100 occupational health examiners were selected in 2013 and serum IgG was detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results The total positive rate of measles IgG antibody in occupational healthy people was 90.00%, the protection rate was 49.00%. There was no significant difference in the positive rates of measles antibody and the protection rate between urban and rural areas and among all age groups. Among them, the measles antibody positive rate and the protection rate among 30 ~ Conclusion The total positive rate of measles antibody in occupational healthy population in Qinghai Province in 2013 was less than 95%, especially in the population aged 30 ~.
