In order to meet the need of research on the recovery of thallium from smelting lead smelter by water metallurgy, we determined the valence state of arsenic in leachate. Because of the coexistence of variable price of ions have serious interference, it can not be directly measured by the redox method. Therefore, we must consider the issue of its separation.
