目的:观察健脾理气法联合化疗治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合纳入标准的中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者分为观察组与化疗组各30例,化疗组采用化疗方法进行治疗,观察组在化疗组化疗方案的基础上加用中药健脾理气法治疗,治疗21天为1疗程,每组均治疗4疗程,比较治疗前后各组临床症状(咳嗽、血痰、发热、乏力、气短、胸痛)、毒副反应(骨髓抑制、消化道反应)等情况。结果:治疗后,观察组咳嗽、血痰、发热、气短、乏力症状分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);化疗组胸痛、气短、乏力评分分别与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组间比较,咳嗽、发热、气短、乏力评分治疗前后差值,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组间治疗前后骨髓抑制情况比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2组出现恶心呕吐、腹泻情况比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中医健脾理气法能有效缓解肺癌症状(咳嗽、血痰、发热气短、乏力),也可有效预防化疗出现的骨髓抑制情况及消化道反应,在中晚期非小细胞肺癌的治疗过程中有增效减毒的作用。

Myelosuppression between the two groups before and after treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). The incidence of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea in the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01).
