以对氯氯苄与盐酸吡啶缩合法制备 2 -对氯苄基吡啶 .考察了用料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度、保温时间等因素对产品收率的影响 ,确定了较佳工艺条件为 :n(对氯氯苄 )∶n(盐酸吡啶 )=1 .6∶1 .0 ,m(氯化铜 )∶m(盐酸吡啶 ) =1 5∶1 0 0 ,反应温度 1 6 0~ 1 70℃ ,反应时间 2h,保温时间 7h ,无水吡啶加入量 1 0ml.在较佳反应条件下 ,2 -对氯苄基吡啶的收率可达 5 8.4 % ,并用气相色谱法程序升温分析该反应体系 ,效果良好
