一、问题的提出: 测定与评定体育课的运动量,对完成体育课的教学任务和提高教学质量,为加速学校体育科学化的进程,有重要的意义。目前普遍采用的心率测定法,课的平均心率评定运动量主要数据和指标。为取这个数据,需要测试人员,做很多的测试和计算工作。在测试中往往会影响课的教学效果和学生的必要活动,而体育教师在平时授课中,又无法进行这种较复杂的测试及统计工作。为进一步探索和研究育课运动量的科学规律,又受到一定的限制,如果能找到一种方便、简单、易行的测试办法,又能使大多数体育教师在教学实践中,普遍应用这种方法,进行科学的探索,将有利于促进教学水平的提高,为学校体育科学化向前迈进,做出应有的贡献。
