为了对存在着实数及模糊数等混合属性指标值的煤矿安全管理效率进行测评,提出了混合属性广义灰靶决策方法。该方法将各类型指标值统一转化为二元联系数向量,然后计算各指标向量与靶心指标向量的接近度,并经归一化获得加权集成的接近度来确定决策方案的优劣。以泉店煤矿为例对其6个不同月份的安全管理效率进行测评,结果证实所提出的决策方法能够较好地解决混合属性煤矿安全管理效率的测评问题。
In order to evaluate the efficiency of coal mine safety management with mixed attribute indexes such as real numbers and fuzzy numbers, a hybrid gray-target decision making method with mixed attributes is proposed. This method converts all kinds of index values into binary conjunctive vector, and then calculates the proximity of each index vector and target vector, and obtains the proximity of weighted integration through normalization to determine the merits of the decision making scheme. Taking Quandian Coal Mine as an example, the safety management efficiency of six different months was evaluated. The results show that the proposed decision method can well solve the problem of evaluating the safety management efficiency of coal mines with mixed attributes.
