氨合成主要设备长期运行在高温、高压、临氮、临氢状态。设备材质的选择遵循纳尔逊曲线,高温段以 A335 GR~P 22为主,在主要设备 PG 管线入口及内表面堆焊 Incoloy 合金增加抗氢能力。工艺运行速度、非正常停、开车等对堆焊层、焊缝各部金相组织均有影响。对设备维修尤其是 PG 管线、设备焊接有很大影响。在现场施工过程中,必须根据实际情况制定不同方案。
