801磷铁泥浆是目前比较理想的一种筑炉材料,此材料砌筑的盐炉、炉龄在三年以上,效果较好。成份及配制 A组份氟化钙(5~10%)、三氧化二铝(20~30%),二氧化硅(50~60%),三氧化二铁(5~10%); B组份铸铁粉; C组份稀释剂磷酸。三组份的比例:A:B:C=4:1:4 混合时先将一份B组份放入准备好的缸或塑料容器里(不能用铁容器),再放入四份C组份,搅拌一下,然后再放入四份A组份,搅拌均匀,停留20~30分钟,待反应停止后,便可使用。阴雨天时空气潮湿,可适当多加一点B或A组份。注意事项用801泥浆砌炉,注意一定要采用经过1300℃焙烧的高铝砖,并且此砖一定要干燥(不能被水浸泡或雨
