班组长是企业最基层生产单位的管理者,不仅需要掌握现代化的管理方法和手段,而且还需要掌握所辖职工的思想动态及其产生、发展和变化的规律,以便进行最有效的管理,掌握职工的心理状态,了解其主观需要和社会需要,从而采取相应的激励对策,激发他们内在的驱动力,为实现班组目标而共同努力,这是班组激励工作的主要内容。根据现代班组管理的特点,班组激励方法大体有如下十种。
