International law has always evolved with the evolution of the international community. Many contradictions in different historical stages of the international community are often reflected in certain forms in the course of the development of international law, resulting in a profound imprint of the times on international law of different periods. Since the Second World War, the increasingly interdependent countries, under new circumstances, have shown a shift from competition to cooperation and have thus created various issues of international law more complicated than ever before. Studying these problems and their solutions has already been completed by one individual, one group or even one country on its own, and requires extensive and close cooperation and exchange.
