垂体瘤是一种由垂体前叶细胞发生的颅内常见良性肿瘤,占脑内肿瘤的12%,手术切除是主要的治疗方法,也是影响预后的主要因素。经蝶窦入路是目前治疗垂体腺瘤最常用的手术入路之一〔1〕,具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少、住院时间短等优点〔2〕2010-03-2014-03我科与神经外科开展了10例鼻窦内镜下经鼻蝶窦垂体瘤切除术,获得满意效果,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1一般资料 Pituitary adenoma is an intracranial common benign tumor that occurs in the anterior pituitary cells and accounts for 12% of intracerebral tumors. The transsphenoidal approach is currently one of the most commonly used surgical approaches for the treatment of pituitary adenomas [1]. It has the advantages of less trauma, quicker recovery, fewer complications, and shorter hospital stay.
