日本三菱金属研究成功了耐磨性、韧性均佳的新的刀具材料CFM合金。它是以粉末高速钢为基,在这个基础上均匀分布着耐磨性好又耐粘结的硬质细微陶瓷TiN和TiC混合物的新型复合材料。这种材料用粉末冶金法轧制、压型、模锻成型;故韧性比硬质合金优越,耐磨性比高速钢好,补充了硬质合金与高速钢的不足。 CFM合金的特征:①在高硬度条件下,仍可保持较高的韧性,②实现了长寿命;③用粉末冶金法能制造出形状复杂的刀具;④价格约比硬质合金便宜10%。
Japan’s Mitsubishi Metal Research successful wear resistance, toughness are good new tool material CFM alloy. It is based on powder high-speed steel, based on the uniform distribution of wear-resistant and resistant bonding of hard fine ceramic TiN and TiC mixture of new composite materials. This material is powder metallurgy rolling, compression molding, forging molding; toughness superior to cemented carbide, wear resistance is better than high-speed steel, complement the shortcomings of cemented carbide and high-speed steel. CFM alloy features: ① in high hardness conditions, can still maintain high toughness, ② to achieve long-life; ③ powder metallurgy can be used to create a complex shape of the tool; ④ prices about 10% cheaper than carbide.
