本文对容器封头普旋过程的应力、应变进行了实验研究。运用塑性材料力学法得出了在旋压过程中的圆板毛坯变形和主应力分布规律。并对表面产生微裂缺陷等问题进行了分析,为合理的确定工艺参数,提供了有益的依据。
In this paper, the stress and strain of the general rotation process of the container head are experimentally studied. The deformation and principal stress distribution of circular blank during spinning process were obtained by the method of plastic material mechanics. The problems such as the occurrence of micro-cracks on the surface were analyzed, which provided a useful basis for the reasonable determination of process parameters.
