目的:研究分析优质护理服务在门诊服务台护理工作中的应用效果。方法:选择2015年10月~2016年3月期间门诊接待的患者1500例作为研究对象,期间门诊服务台实施优质护理服务,对比优质护理服务实施前、后患者对门诊服务台的满意度以及纠纷发生率,评价优质护理服务应用价值。结果:观察组事故纠纷发生率为0.67%,比对照组事故纠纷发生率低2.80%,差异显著,x~2=20.04,P<0.05,有统计学意义;观察组患者对门诊服务台的满意度97.40%,比对照组94.80%高,x~2=13.53,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:优质护理服务在门诊服务台护理工作中的应用效果较好,值得广泛推广应用。
OBJECTIVE: To study and analyze the effect of quality nursing service in the outpatient service desk nursing. METHODS: One hundred and fifteen patients were selected as outpatients during the period from October 2015 to March 2016. During the period, outpatient service desks implemented high-quality nursing services and compared the satisfaction and dispute of outpatient service desks with patients before and after the implementation of high-quality nursing services Incidence, evaluation of quality care services value. Results: The incidence of accidental disputes in the observation group was 0.67%, which was 2.80% lower than that in the control group, with significant difference, x ~ 2 = 20.04, P <0.05, with statistical significance.
