目的:探讨耿马县23年间AIDS流行病学特征,为今后有效预防AIDS传播、降低AIDS发病率提供可靠依据,保障居民生活质量及生命安全。方法:以23年间耿马县累计报告耿马籍1626例HIV检测阳性患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,内容包括各年份分别报告例数、患者性别、职业、年龄、传播途径等,根据分析结果得出结论。结果:耿马县23年间检测出HIV阳性耿马籍患者1626例,其中男性较多,所占比例为59.72%,女性较少,所占比例为40.28%,患者年龄大多分布于20至49岁之间,随着患者文化程度升高,其HIV检测阳性率呈下降趋势,患者职业以农民占绝大多数,所占比例为64.88%,上述各项一般资料对比结果具有显著差异(P<0.05);耿马县各年份HIV检测阳性患者报告人数基本呈现出逐年上升趋势;HIV检测阳性患者主要传播途径为性传播及血液传播,所占比例分别为58.00%、29.21%。结论:艾滋病工作者应对本地区文化程度偏低、农民等高危居民进行重点筛查及宣传,可有效提高艾滋病预防效果,降低艾滋病传染率,保障其生活质量及生命安全。
Objective: To explore the epidemiological characteristics of AIDS in Gengma County over the past 23 years and provide a reliable basis for effective prevention of AIDS transmission and AIDS morbidity in the future so as to ensure the quality of life and safety of residents. Methods: A total of 1626 positive cases of Gama Nationality from 23 Gengma County were retrospectively analyzed. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, including the number of reported cases, gender, occupation, age, and route of transmission Etc., draw conclusions based on the analysis results. Results: In Gengma County, there were 1626 cases of HIV positive Gama nationality detected in 23 years, of which there were more males, accounting for 59.72% and fewer females, accounting for 40.28%. The patients were mostly aged from 20 to 49 , The positive rate of HIV testing showed a downward trend with the increase of education level. The majority of patients occupy the majority of farmers, accounting for 64.88% of the total. The above general information showed significant differences (P <0.05 ). In Gengma County, the number of reported HIV positive patients in each year showed an upward trend year by year. The main routes of transmission for HIV positive patients were sexually transmitted and blood transmitted, accounting for 58.00% and 29.21% respectively. Conclusion: HIV / AIDS practitioners should focus on screening and publicizing high-risk residents such as peasants with low educational level in this area, which can effectively improve the AIDS prevention effect, reduce the HIV infection rate, and ensure their quality of life and safety of life.
