The building area of Ikeda-cho Stadium in Hokkaido, Japan was 1,632 meters-2, completed at the end of 1976, and measured from February 2nd to 4th, 1977. The ceiling height of the gymnasium is an average of 15 meters; the roof is made of galvanized steel sheet and insulation material; the outer window is a transparent single-layer glass; the outer wall is composed of reinforced concrete, air layer and insulation layer; and HRP-5 type band steel using Hitachi shipbuilding Radiant panels, each 14.2 meters long and 0.78 meters wide, a total of 28 (of which two 13.2 meters long). The radiant panel is horizontally mounted and has a height of 11 meters. Radiant plate heat medium is 5 kg/cm2 (Gage) saturated steam. First, the measurement method shown in Figure 1, the stadium is divided into two parts of the north and south, the determination is conducted in the northern half.
