在管理的早期历史中,“经理人”被定义为“对其他人的工作负有责任的人”。这种传统的定义已不合时宜了,因为大批以个人方式作出贡献的专业人员在企业中起到越来越重要的作用,传统的层级制度受到了挑战。
In the early history of management, “manager” was defined as “one who is responsible for the work of others.” This traditional definition is outdated because a large number of professionally contributing individuals play an increasingly important role in the enterprise and the traditional hierarchical system is challenged.
