提出了一种基于市场总体信息的发电公司优化竞价策略。证明了机组优化竞价曲线的斜率是市场所有边际机组合成报价曲线斜率与机组边际成本曲线斜率之和 ,指出完全竞争市场下机组按边际成本曲线报价是该结论的一个特例 ,并成功地解释了在高峰负荷下发电公司滥用市场势力导致电价飙升的现象。另外 ,推导获得了机组在考虑多时段启停约束和启动成本条件下的最低投运电价。算例分析证明了结论的正确性和实用性
An optimal bidding strategy for power generation companies based on general market information is proposed. It is proved that the slope of unit optimization bidding curve is the sum of the slope of all the marginal unit price quotation curves and the marginal cost curve of the unit. It is pointed out that the unit price quotation based on the marginal cost curve in a perfectly competitive market is a special case of this conclusion. Under the peak load, the abuse of market power by power generation companies leads to the soaring electricity price. In addition, the minimum commission price of the unit under the condition of start-stop constraint and start-up cost for multiple periods is obtained. The case study proves the correctness and practicability of the conclusion
