企业组织的管理模式问题一直是管理理论研究的核心问题之一,而对未来企业组织模式的探索研究,又是当今世界管理理论发展的一个前沿问题。20世纪80年代以来,随着信息革命、知识经济时代进程的加快,企业面临着前所未有的竞争环境的变化,传统的组织模式和管理理念已越来越不适应环境的变化,其突出表现就是许多在历史上曾名噪一时的大公司纷纷退出历史舞台。因此,研究企业组织如何适应新的知识经济环境,增强自身的竞争能力,延长组织寿命,成为世界企业界和理论界关注的焦点。
