近年来,关于如何建立有效地经营者激励机制,一直是企业改革的一项重要课题。为此国内的理论界与实务界进行了很多探索,诸如年薪制、股票期权等。在诸多激励中。对经营者的福利制度安排是大有可为的。合理而优越的福利制度可以解除经营者的后顾之忧,减少代理成本,实现经营者的稳健经营,避免决策中的冒险与短期行为。本文通过对美国经营者福利制度安排的分析,提出我国在此方面改进的措施与方向。
In recent years, how to establish an effective incentive mechanism for business operators has always been an important issue for enterprise reform. To this end theorists and practitioners in the country conducted a lot of exploration, such as the annual salary system, stock options. In many incentives. Welfare system for the operator arrangements are promising. Reasonable and superior welfare system can relieve the operator’s worries, reduce the agency cost, realize the steady operation of the operator, and avoid the risk-taking and short-term behavior in the decision-making. Based on the analysis of the welfare system arrangement of the U.S. marketers, this paper proposes the measures and direction for our country to improve in this respect.
