在我国,学徒制并非外来词汇。从封建社会的传统手工业到当代社会的制造业,学徒制拥有2000多年的发展史,从学徒成为大师的杰出代表也屡见不鲜。随着社会的不断发展,学徒制正在发生深刻的变革。1993年,英国率先提出了“现代学徒”计划,从而拉开了“现代学徒制”发展的序幕。面对工业现代化高速发展的今天,我国也将审时度势,在继承“传统学徒制”精华的同时,探索适合自身发展的“现代学徒制”体系。
Apprenticeship is not a foreign word in our country. From the traditional handicraft industry in feudal society to the manufacturing industry in contemporary society, apprenticeship has a history of more than 2000 years of development. It is not uncommon for outstanding apprentices to become masters from apprenticeship. With the continuous development of society, apprenticeship is undergoing profound changes. In 1993, Britain pioneered the “Modern Apprentice” program, which opened the prelude to the development of “modern apprenticeship.” Faced with the rapid development of industrial modernization, our country will also assess the situation and explore the “modern apprenticeship” system that suits its own development while inheriting the essence of “traditional apprenticeship.”
