低碳经济下,既有建筑节能改造备受关注。虽然目前多项节能改造技术已投入实践,但取得的经济效益、环境效益以及社会效益等效果迥异,因此针对具体项目情况如何选取最优方案亟待解决。引入多目标加权灰靶决策方法,结合较为客观的熵值法确定权重,通过计算各方案与最优效果向量的靶心距,按照距离越小方案越优的原则选取最优方案,最后用实例验证了该模型的有效性和实用性,为既有建筑节能改造工程的实施提供了较为科学的方案优选方法。
Low-carbon economy, the existing building energy-saving concern. Although a number of energy-saving retrofit technologies have been put into practice, the economic, environmental and social benefits obtained are quite different. Therefore, how to choose the optimal solution for the specific project needs to be solved urgently. The multi-objective weighted gray target decision-making method is introduced, and the objective entropy method is used to determine the weight. By calculating the target center distance between each scheme and the optimal effect vector, the optimal scheme is selected according to the principle that the distance is smaller and the optimal solution is selected. Finally, The validity and practicability of this model provide a scientific and scientific method for the implementation of the existing building energy-saving renovation project.
