城镇化速度的加快,建筑的规模大幅扩大,能源消耗和环境恶化的趋势每况愈下,据清华大学节能研究中心数据统计,2005年-2015年,中国城镇住宅的建筑面积跃增了2.3倍,单位面积的能耗增加了27%,从侧面反映了建筑节能设计的势在必行。文章将通过对建筑设计节能现状的了解,分析节能型建筑设计流程优化的必要性,进而从低成本和高技术的视角,研讨优化节能型建筑设计流程的方法。
According to statistics from Tsinghua University Energy Conservation Research Center, from 2005 to 2015, the gross floor area of urban residential buildings in China jumped 2.3 times, and the area of buildings per unit area Energy consumption increased by 27%, from the side reflects the building energy-saving design is imperative.
