廿碳五烯酸(EPA)对血小板功能的影响:(1)在体外实验中发现EPA对花生四烯酸的诱聚作用及血小板聚集后血栓烷B_2的生成均有明显的抑制。(2)12例健康志愿者分别服鱼油15g或3g(高浓度EPA鱼油经气相色谱分析含EPA约为12.17%),结果2组均表现为出血时间延长,血小板粘附及聚集率下降。(3)对15例糖尿病、12例高血压、20例冠心病患者的血液高凝状态,服鱼油20d后均有显著的改善(P<0.05),且无明显副作用。
Effects of EPA on platelet function: (1) In vitro experiments showed that EPA induced arachidonic acid induced aggregation and platelet aggregation thromboxane B 2 production were significantly inhibited. (2) Twelve healthy volunteers served 15g or 3g of fish oil respectively (EPA content of high concentration EPA fish was about 12.17% by gas chromatography analysis). The results showed that the bleeding time prolonged and the platelet adhesion and aggregation rate decreased in both groups. (3) The blood hypercoagulability state of 15 cases of diabetes mellitus, 12 cases of hypertension and 20 cases of coronary heart disease were significantly improved (P <0.05) after taking fish oil for 20 days, with no obvious side effects.
