最近,中国保监会针对保险中介机构的市场准人问题出台政策,允许开业满一年的公司申请设立分支机构,凡符合条件的中介机构经申请,就可领取《经营保险中介业务许可证》。至此,保险代理公司设立分支机构的方式和日常管理问题开始成为监管部门关注的内容。据了解,我国目前各保险代理公司在实践中普遍采用加盟合作模式设立分支机构和服务网点,这种形式有别于保险经营实践中传统意义上的总分公司模式。因现行《保险代理机构管理规定》对设立分支机构的方式尚未做出规范,市场上的一些做法带有较大的随意性,存在一定的风险。结合河南保险中介机构市场准入的情况,我们进行了研究。
Recently, the CIRC issued a policy on market access for insurance intermediaries, allowing companies that have been operating for more than a year to apply for the establishment of branch offices. Any eligible intermediary may, upon application, receive a “Business License for Insurance Brokerage Business”. So far, insurance agencies set up branches of the way and daily management issues have become the regulatory authorities concerned about the content. It is understood that the current insurance agencies in our country in practice commonly used to join the cooperation model to establish branches and service outlets, this form is different from the insurance business practice in the traditional sense of the total branch model. Due to the current “Regulations on the Management of Insurance Agency Institutions”, there has not been norms on how to set up a branch office. Some of the practices in the market are more arbitrary and have certain risks. With Henan insurance intermediaries market access, we conducted a study.
