一、概述 双层炉排燃烧锅炉具有效率高,消烟除尘好,操作简单,减轻司炉劳动强度等优点。锅炉效率一般为65~75%。远高于一般手烧炉。烟气含尘量一般在200毫克/标米~3以下。故很多单位以这种型式锅炉取代其它燃烧型式的手烧炉。但是双层炉排燃烧锅炉也曾出现各种各样的问题。其原因除运行操作不当之外,主要是结构设计不合理而引起水循环的不可靠。为了搞清楚水循环对水冷炉排设计及运行的影响,进行了水冷炉排水循环理论计算和实验研究。
