马上就是农历五月初五——我国的传统节日端午节。粽子不是端午节的唯一主角,还有一样同样重要的端午节美食,就是咸鸭蛋。咸鸭蛋,以前并不怎么喜欢,自从看了《舌尖上的中国》纪录片中高邮咸鸭蛋的介绍,我对它就另眼相看了。咸鸭蛋在中国历史悠久,深受百姓喜爱,在市场上也是备受青睐。腌制上乘的咸鸭蛋,咸度适中,色艳油多,味道鲜美,老少皆宜。无论是南方还是北方,我估计咸鸭蛋都是大家都非常熟悉的食物,小时候咸鸭蛋一般都出自自家腌制的坛子,现在随便哪个超市和菜市场
