目的 探讨烟曲霉素类似物AGM-1470抗肿瘤血管生成的作用机制及其临床应用.方法 将人结肠癌低分化细胞株SW620 CCL227移植于C57BI/6小鼠体内,18天后治疗组以AGM-1470干预.比较两组移植瘤与体积变化及肿瘤组织病理学结构.以Student t检验做统计学处理.结果 AGM-1470治疗组肿瘤体积较对照组缩小4倍余(P<0.01),治疗组平均肿瘤重量亦显著缩小(P<0.01).解剖与病理学观察表明,治疗组移植瘤表面毛细血管明显减少,新生毛细血管芽十分缺如.结论 AGM-1470具明显抗肿瘤血管生长作用,有较强肿瘤抑制作用.
Objective To investigate the mechanism and clinical application of fumagillin analog AGM-1470 in anti-tumor angiogenesis. METHODS: Human poorly differentiated cell line SW620 CCL227 was transplanted into C57BI/6 mice. After 18 days, AGM- was administered to the treatment group. 1470 interventions. Comparison of tumor volume and tumor histopathology between the two groups. Student t test was used for statistical analysis. The tumor volume in the AGM-1470 treatment group was reduced by more than 4 times compared with the control group (P<0.01). The average tumor weight was also significantly reduced (P < 0.01). Anatomical and pathological observations showed that the surface capillaries in the treated group were significantly reduced, and new capillary buds were absent. Conclusion AGM-1470 has a significant anti-angiogenic effect. Strong tumor inhibition.
