北京市“前三门”工程高层建筑计37栋,采用钻孔灌注桩基础的有21栋,建筑面积243000平方米,约10000根桩。桩径φ400毫米,桩长10米左右,在工程中一般按单排布桩,也有局部布置了双排桩。钻孔灌注桩的主要施工工序,如基坑挖土,场地平整,钻孔、出土、浇灌混疑土等都采用机械施工。钻孔绝大部分由北京市机械施工公司用 LZ 型履带式长螺旋钻孔机成孔(图1),少数由土建公司自制的 QZ-4型汽车式螺旋钻孔机成孔(图2)。钢筋及混凝土皆由各土建公司施工。
There are 37 high-rise building projects in the “first three projects” in Beijing, 21 of which are cast-in-place pile foundations, with a building area of 243,000 square meters and about 10,000 piles. The diameter of the pile is φ400 mm and the length of the pile is about 10 meters. In the project, the piles are usually arranged in a single row, and there are partial double row piles. The main construction procedures of bored piles, such as excavation of foundation pits, site formation, drilling, unearthing, and irrigation of mixed soils, are all mechanical. The majority of boreholes are bored by LZ crawler-type long spiral drilling machines by Beijing Mechanical Construction Company (Figure 1), and a small number of QZ-4 automotive spiral drilling machines made by civil engineering companies (Figure 2). . Reinforced concrete and concrete are constructed by various civil engineering companies.
