对克雷伯氏菌在厌氧条件下以甘油为原料发酵生产1,3丙-二醇进行了研究,比较了不同甘油对菌体生长和产物生成的影响。结果表明,采用批式流加发酵的方式,以纯甘油作为原料时,发酵液中1,3丙-二醇的质量浓度最高达到72.15g/L,从甘油到1,3丙-二醇的物质的量转化率为63.32%,生产强度达2.67g/(L.h);以粗发酵甘油作为原料时,发酵液中1,3丙-二醇的质量浓度最高为56.72g/L,物质的量转化率53.14%,生产强度2.36g/(L.h);而低纯度皂化甘油对菌体生长有较强的抑制作用。成本分析表明粗发酵甘油更具有工业化应用前景。
The production of 1,3-propanediol by fermentation of Klebsiella under anaerobic conditions with glycerol as feedstock was studied. The effects of different glycerol on the growth and product formation of the cells were compared. The results showed that when pure glycerol was used as the raw material, the mass concentration of 1,3-propanediol in the fermentation broth was 72.15g / L and the content of glycerol to 1,3-propanediol (63.32%), and the production intensity reached 2.67 g / (Lh). When crude glycerol was used as raw material, the highest concentration of 1,3-propanediol in the fermentation broth was 56.72 g / L, Rate of 53.14%, production strength of 2.36g / (Lh); and low purity saponified glycerol on cell growth has a strong inhibitory effect. Cost analysis shows that crude glycerol is more industrialized.
