本研究在对上海市中心城区现状初期雨水污染情况及初期雨水处理设施分析评价的基础上,通过综合研究中心城初期雨水污染物出流规律、截流雨量与污染物消减效率关系、水环境容量复核、发达国家经验借鉴等方面提出了上海市中心城初期雨水治理标准。并以此为依据,结合中心城区的城市特点,提出适合中心城区初期雨水治理规划布局。 Based on the analysis of the rainwater pollution in the initial stage of downtown Shanghai and the analysis and evaluation of the initial stormwater treatment facilities, this study comprehensively studied the outflow of rainwater pollutants, the relationship between the rainfall interception and the pollutant abatement efficiency, , Developed countries learn from experience and other aspects of the city center of Shanghai early rainwater treatment standards.
