图1所示零件,尺寸精度高、内孔元角小,按一般冲压工艺来制造是困难的。我们设计了图2所示的模具。制造该零件时,是将下料工序同冲挤工序合并在一起,即在一次冲程内,先下料而后冷挤成型。零件材料是10号钢板,经压延至2.86-0.04尺寸,切成25毫米宽的条料,双排下料。冲挤前,条料进行磷化一皂化处理,并涂锭子油。锭子油的作用在于提高凸模寿命,并给下料后的断面以润滑作用。
