在3个刺槐林样地中分别设置20、40、60cm深度的培养坑,坑底埋入装有不含枯落物土壤的尼龙袋,装填均匀混合枯落物碎屑的土壤,研究测定非迁移性有机质(LDOM)的成分,以期对LDOM含量及特性进行研究。结果表明:实验室提取的DOM和自然迁移性DOM存在较为复杂的差别,其差异受土壤深度和外界环境影响较大;非迁移性有机碳(LDOC)含量和非迁移性有机氮(LDON)含量随深度变化并无统一特征;LDOC含量在土壤较浅层7月<11月,深层7月>11月,LDON含量反之;LDOC/DOC比率和LDON/DON比率分别为0.01~0.55、0.05~0.87;LDOM有高的UV吸收值和低的DOC/DON值。
The culture pit of 20, 40 and 60 cm in depth was set up in the three locust forest samples. The bottom of the pit was filled with nylon bags containing no litter soils, and the soil was uniformly mixed with litter and debris.
