新课程的实施,评价的功能也发生着根本的变化。它不再是为了选拔和甄别,更主要的是为了促进学生的发展。激励性评价可以激活课堂教学,学生在学习过程中能够不断体验进步与成功,认识自我,建立自信,促进提高。为了更好地发挥评价的激励功能,在教学中要遵循激励性评价的原则,寻求激励性评价的方法,从而帮助学生获得成功,体验成功,最大限度地调动学生的学习积极性,提高英语教学效益。
The implementation of the new curriculum, evaluation of the function also underwent fundamental changes. It is no longer for selection and screening, but more importantly to promote student development. Incentive assessment can activate classroom teaching, students can continue to experience the progress and success of learning, self-awareness, and promote self-improvement.
